What we collect

When you text us, we receive your phone number and what you send: your messages, any photos, and details such as your neighborhood or address.

The website has no forms and no accounts. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without third-party cookies. It also records when a Text Terry button is clicked, which service the button was about, and a short referral tag from the link you followed. It never records phone numbers, names or message content.

If you arrived through a link with a referral tag, your browser keeps that tag for the current visit only.

How we use it

• To understand what you need and find a suitable local professional.
• To arrange the request and follow up after the work.
• To help if something about the booking goes wrong.

Who we share it with

• The provider you agree to be introduced to, limited to the details they need for the job.
• Quo, the company that runs our phone and texting service.
• Vercel, which hosts the website and counts visits and button clicks. It receives no phone numbers or messages.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

We text you only about a request you started. To stop texts, reply STOP. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to receive texts again. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and request details for up to two years after our last contact with you. Then we delete them.

We keep information longer only when the law requires it, or when we need it to resolve a dispute about a request.

Quo stores the text messages on its own systems. When we delete a conversation, we delete it in Quo too.
